Abstract
1. Устройство сталькомбайн «КомКоб» Кобзарь-Дерновского для непрерывной ковшевой металлургии, содержащее разливочный чугун ковш, имеющий донные газовые фурмы и донный разливочный стакан, над которым закреплен к днищу устройства газоколпак с отверстиями в его нижней части, а в полости газоколпака находится плавающий запорный шар, связанные с вентилем, соединенным с источником сжатого газа и вакуумным насосом, под чугун ковшом установлен сталь ковш с донными разливочными стаканами, концы которых входят в полость газорукавов, нижняя часть их является газопроницаемой и имеет множество отверстий, полости газорукавов через вентили связаны с источником сжатого газа или вакуумным насосом, сами же газорукава входят в формы, в верхней части которых расположены нагреватели, а в нижней части установлены холодильники, связанные через литье с валками МНЛЗ, отличающееся тем, что на крышке чугун ковша установлена чаша с донным разливочным стаканом, входящим в полость газопроницаемого газорукава, имеющего множество отверстий, верхняя часть газорукава закрыта газонепроницаемой рубашкой, а полость между ними связана с вентилем, соединенным с источником сжатого газа вместе с пылевидными материалами и вакуумным насосом, необходимыми для рафинирования жидкого чугуна и стали.2.
