Abstract
1. Протез атриовентрикулярного клапана сердца, содержащий стент, выполненный из неорганического или органического материала, например металла и (или) полимера, с основанием, обращенным к прямому потоку крови, и вершиной, обращенной к обратному потоку крови, гибкие лепестки, выполненные из биологического или полимерного материала, формирующие запирающий элемент, манжету, имеющую посадочную поверхность, контактирующую с сердечными тканями, и внешнюю поверхность, контактирующую с потоком крови, отличающийся тем, что протез снабжен кольцевой обоймой, основание которой герметично соединено с основанием стента, при этом на внутренней боковой поверхности обоймы закреплены лепестки, а часть внешней боковой поверхности обоймы по периметру герметично соединена с манжетой.2. Протез атриовентрикулярного клапана сердца, содержащий стент, выполненный из неорганического или органического материала, например металла и (или) полимера, с основанием, обращенным к прямому потоку крови, и вершиной, обращенной к обратному потоку крови, гибкие лепестки, выполненные из биологического или полимерного материала, формирующие запирающий элемент, манжету, имеющую посадочную поверхность, контактирующую с сердечными тканями, и внешнюю поверхность, контактирующую с потоком крови, отличающийся тем, что протез снабжен кольцевой обоймой и на внешней боковой поверхности стента выполнен кольцевой выступ, основание кольцевой обоймы герметично соединено с основанием стента, на внутренней боковой поверхности обоймы закреплены лепестки, а часть внешней боковой поверхности обоймы по периметру герметично соединена с кольцевым выступом н�1.
