Abstract

Способ лечения больных с хроническими обструктивными заболеваниями легких, выполняемый комплексным воздействием лекарственными средствами и физиотерапевтическими упражнениями, отличающийся тем, что в течение 15-20 мин проводят релаксацию скелетных мышц: в положении сидя на стуле, последовательно расслабляют мышцы рук, плечевого пояса, лица; выполняют тренировку дыхания в течение 30-36 мин, проводят дренирующие упражнения в 15-20 мин и упражнения для тренировки кардиальных и экстракардиальных факторов кровообращения в течение 5-20 мин; начиная с 14-28 дня лечения дополняют закаливающими процедурами в течение всего периода ремиссии; курс лечения продолжают 28-48 дней и повторяют через 1,0-1,5 месяца.A method of treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, performed by the combined effects of drugs and physiotherapeutic exercises, characterized in that the skeletal muscles are relaxed for 15-20 minutes: while sitting on a chair, the muscles of the hands, shoulder girdle, and face are successively relaxed; perform breathing training for 30-36 minutes, conduct drainage exercises for 15-20 minutes and exercises for training cardiac and extracardial circulation factors for 5-20 minutes; starting from 14-28 days of treatment, supplement with hardening procedures throughout the entire period of remission; the course of treatment is continued for 28-48 days and repeated after 1.0-1.5 months.

Способ лечения больных с хроническими обструктивными заболеваниями легких, выполняемый комплексным воздействием лекарственными средствами и физиотерапевтическими упражнениями, отличающийся тем, что в течение 15-20 мин проводят релаксацию скелетных мышц: в положении сидя на стуле, последовательно расслабляют мышцы рук, плечевого пояса, лица; выполняют тренировку дыхания в течение 30-36 мин, проводят дренирующие упражнения в 15-20 мин и упражнения для тренировки кардиальных и экстракардиальных факторов кровообращения в течение 5-20 мин; начиная с 14-28 дня лечения дополняют закаливающими процедурами в течение всего периода ремиссии; курс лечения продолжают 28-48 дней и повторяют через 1,0-1,5 месяца.
