Способ идентификации (отождествления) личности рентгенологическим методом компьютерной томографии (КТ), отличающийся тем, что компьютерный томограф позволяет получить томограмму в цифровом формате, определить идентичные размеры, форму черепа и лица, особенности строения и взаимного расположения отдельных костных образований (лобных и гайморовых пазух, ячеек сосцевидного отростка, турецкого седла и др.), исследовать плотность костной и мягкой ткани, смоделировать 2- и 3-мерное изображение исследуемого объекта, оценить функцию височно-нижнечелюстного сустава, строение альвеолярного отростка, структуру отдельного зуба, в том числе выявить следы медицинских манипуляций на них, в частности, ход и форму пломбировочного материала в канале зуба, косметических операций с целью изменения внешности.
