Abstract
Способ реабилитации и восстановления двигательных и психоречевых функций при детском церебральном параличе,включающий комплекс физических упражнений с отягощающими нагрузками на связочно-мышечный, вестибулярный и речевой аппарат,отличающийся тем, чтонагрузки повышают и снижают за счет интенсивности и временных параметров отдельных упражнений неравномерно и поэтапно,- на первом этапе нагрузки на связочно-мышечный, вестибулярный и вокально-речевой аппарат повышают до уровня проявления рефлекторных изменений в связочно-мышечных элементах опорно-двигательного аппарата, симптомов оглушения и временной дисфонии в речевом аппарате и отрицательных сдвигов в неврологическом статусе больного- на втором этапе нагрузки снижают до уровня физиологического покоя дифференцирование для каждой системы- на третьем этапе нагрузки повышают до уровня в 3 раза ниже максимальных нагрузок первого этапа с дальнейшим увеличением нагрузок до уровня индивидуальной переносимости ребенка,- на втором этапе ребенку обеспечивают физиологический режим покоя для каждой системы на срок стихания побочных эффектов от микротравм и отрицательных сдвигов от статических и изометрических нагрузок- на третьем этапе комплекс упражнений начинают с нагрузок в 3 раза ниже предельно-допустимых с последующим нарастанием до максимального уровня хорошей индивидуальной переносимостиA method of rehabilitation and restoration of motor and psycho-speech functions in cerebral palsy, including a set of physical exercises with aggravating loads on the ligamentous-muscular, vestibular and speech apparatus, characterized in that the loads are increased and decreased due to the intensity and time parameters of individual exercises unevenly and in stages, - at the first stage, the load on the ligamentous-muscular, vestibular and vocal-speech apparatus is increased to the level of manifestation of reflex changes in the ligamentous-muscular ele the components of the musculoskeletal system, symptoms of stunning and temporary dysphonia in the speech apparatus and negative changes in the neurological status of the patient - at the second stage of the load, the differentiation for each system is reduced to the level of physiological rest - at the third stage, the load is increased to 3 times lower than the maximum loads of the first stages with a further increase in loads to the level of individual tolerance of the child, - at the second stage, the child is provided with a physiological rest regimen for each system for the period of stan side effects from microtraumas and negative shifts from static and isometric loads - at the third stage, a set of exercises begins with loads 3 times lower than the maximum permissible levels, followed by increase to the maximum level of good individual tolerance
