Abstract

1. Claims (22)

1. Электрохромный сборный узел, содержащий:
первую, вторую и третью стеклянные подложки, при этом вторая и третья подложки являются по существу параллельными и отделены одна от другой;
множество слоев электрохромного устройства, осажденных напылением, которые поддерживаются первой подложкой, множество слоев электрохромного устройства включает первое прозрачное электропроводное покрытие (TCC), слой противоэлектрода (CE), слой ионного проводника (IC), электрохромный (EC) слой и второе прозрачное электропроводное покрытие (TCC);
при этом первая и вторая подложки ламинированы или соединены одна с другой, и
вторая подложка термически закалена, а первая подложка термически не закалена.
2. Сборный узел по п.1, в котором слои электрохромного устройства обращены ко второй подложке.
3. Сборный узел по п.1, в котором слои электрохромного устройства обращены к третьей подложке.
4. Сборный узел по п.1, в котором каждое указанное прозрачное электропроводное покрытие (TCC) включает слой серебра, расположенный между слоями оксида индия-олова (ITO), и дополнительно слои, включающие NiCr или Cu, расположены между слоем серебра и слоями оксида индия-олова (ITO).
5. Сборный узел по п.1, в котором удельное поверхностное сопротивление каждого из указанных прозрачных электропроводных покрытий (TCC) меньше чем 10 Ом/квадрат.
6. Сборный узел по п.1, в котором слой ионного проводника (IC) включает LiPON.
7. Сборный узел по п.6, в котором электрохромный слой содержит WOx.

19. Сборный узел по п.14, в котором как слой противоэлектрода (CE), так и электрохромный (EC) слой изменяются в цвете при функционировании электрохромного сборного узла.
20. Сборный узел по п.14, в котором по меньшей мере она из первой и второй подложек является стеклянной подложкой с низким содержанием железа.
21. Электрохромное устройство, содержащее множество тонкопленочных слоев, поддерживаемых первой подложкой, множество слоев включают:
легированный и анодно окрашиваемый анодный слой;
электролитный слой, содержащий Li; и
легированный катодный слой, содержащий WOx.
22. Электрохромное устройство, в котором анодный и катодный слои являются электрохромными слоями, изменяющими цвет при функционировании.
