Способ прогнозирования эффективности лечения и течения опухолевого процесса у больных раком носоглотки, включающий гематологическое исследование и отличающийся тем, что до начала химиолучевого лечения и перед каждым последующим курсом у больных раком носоглотки III-IV стадии определяют в периферической крови значения коэффициентов отношения среднего объема нейтрофилов и среднего объема лимфоцитов к их абсолютному количеству: MVNe/#Ne и MVLy/#Ly и при значениях коэффициентов свыше 45 констатируют генерализацию опухолевого процесса и отрицательный прогноз течения заболевания при отсутствии клинических признаков манифестации, а при значениях указанных коэффициентов ниже 45 констатируют отсутствие генерализации опухолевого процесса и благоприятный прогноз течения заболевания.A method for predicting the effectiveness of treatment and the course of the tumor process in patients with nasopharyngeal cancer, including a hematological study and characterized in that before the start of chemoradiotherapy and before each subsequent course in patients with nasopharyngeal cancer of the III-IV stage, the values of the ratios of the ratio of the average neutrophil volume and the average volume are determined in peripheral blood the volume of lymphocytes to their absolute number: MVNe / # Ne and MVLy / # Ly and when the coefficient values are over 45, generalization of the tumor process is noted and negative ny prognosis of the disease in the absence of the manifestation of clinical symptoms, and for the values of said coefficients below 45 ascertain the absence of tumor generalization favorable prognosis and course of the disease.

Способ прогнозирования эффективности лечения и течения опухолевого процесса у больных раком носоглотки, включающий гематологическое исследование и отличающийся тем, что до начала химиолучевого лечения и перед каждым последующим курсом у больных раком носоглотки III-IV стадии определяют в периферической крови значения коэффициентов отношения среднего объема нейтрофилов и среднего объема лимфоцитов к их абсолютному количеству: MVNe/#Ne и MVLy/#Ly и при значениях коэффициентов свыше 45 констатируют генерализацию опухолевого процесса и отрицательный прогноз течения заболевания при отсутствии клинических признаков манифестации, а при значениях указанных коэффициентов ниже 45 констатируют отсутствие генерализации опухолевого процесса и благоприятный прогноз течения заболевания.
