Abstract
1. Способ получения биопрепарата на основе штаммов Trichoderma, отличающийся тем, что для получения посевного материала штамма Trichoderma музейную культуру штамма Trichoderma поддерживают на агаризованной сусло-среде (содержание солодового сусла 5-6° по Баллингу+от 1% до 5% агара) и хранят в холодильнике при температуре от плюс 3°С до плюс 5°, далее путем смыва колонии микромицета стерильной водой с поверхности агаризованной сусло-среды получают суспензию спор, далее суспензию спор вносят в колбы Эрленмейера с жидкой картофельно-глюкозной средой из расчета 5%-15% от объема среды, колбы помещают на качалки с круговым типом перемешивания и культивируют штамм от 24 до 40 ч, при температуре от плюс 19°С до плюс 39°С, полученный в результате посевной материал штамма переносят в ферментер с питательной средой, указанной ниже (г/л):рН-4,0и культивируют в течение 18-30 ч при температуре от плюс 19°С до плюс 39°С, в результате чего получают препарат на основе штамма Trichoderma в жидкой форме.2.
