Abstract
1. Корсет ортопедический, содержащий корсет по профилю туловища с элементами фиксации и коррекции деформации позвоночника в виде вырезов или выступов, обеспечивающих освобождение или давление в областях деформации и расположенных с противоположной стороны выше/ниже деформации, отличающийся тем, что корсет выполнен по профилю туловища из термопластичного, эргономичного к телу пациента материала и закрепленными на внутренней поверхности выше и ниже вершины деформации позвоночника парой электродов, как минимум одного канала электростимулятора, размещенного под одеждой пациента.2. Корсет ортопедический по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве термопластичного, эргономичного к телу пациента материала предлагается использовать Turbocast.3. Корсет ортопедический по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве электростимулятора предлагается использовать, например, цифровой электростимулятор.4. Способ изготовления корсета ортопедического включает предварительный нагрев до 70-100° заготовки корсета из термопластичного, эргономичного к телу пациента материала, через 30-40 с поверхность заготовки корсета остывает, и материал накладывают на туловище пациента, затем формируют корсет по профилю туловища пациента, одновременно фиксируется выступ вершины деформации позвоночника и определяют место выреза в корсете на противоположной стороне выше/ниже деформации; определяют места установки электродов электростимулятора и места установки элементов фиксации корсета на теле пациента, после чего локально разогревают нагревательным элементом область отпечатка деформации позвоночника, формируют в области отпечатка деформации н�1.
