Abstract
1. Способ санации закрытых полостей тела через промежуточную жидкую среду, заключающийся в их промывании лекарственным раствором с помощью канюли, отличающийся тем, что через канюлю подают поток кавитированной жидкости, в которой присутствуют кавитационные пузырьки и/или короткоживущие продукты звукохимических реакций, образующиеся в жидкости под действием низкочастотного ультразвука при следующих параметрах воздействия:- частота колебаний 25 кГц;- амплитуда колебаний излучающего торца волновода-инструмента 60-120 мкм;- время прохождения через канюлю потока кавитированной жидкости не превышает значений от 0,12 до 0,5 с.2. Устройство для ультразвуковой санации полостей тела через промежуточную жидкую среду, содержащее УЗ генератор, акустический узел, волновод-инструмент с внутренним ирригационным каналом, систему для подачи лекарственного раствора, кожух, закрывающий волновод-инструмент, отличающееся тем, что на дистальном конце кожуха соединителя для присоединения стандартных канюль и/или специально разработанных инструментов в виде тонких трубок имеется камера внутри кожуха.3. Устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что используют двухпросветную канюлю, присоединенную к дистальному концу кожуха, по одному из каналов которой доставляют кавитированный лекарственный раствор, а по другому осуществляют удаление из полости отработанного раствора.1.
