Abstract
Способ восстановления движений рук у больных с верхними параличами и парезами, включающий электростимуляцию спинного мозга через эпидуральные или накожные электроды, отличающийся тем, что осуществляют базовую электростимуляцию с расположением катода и анода в проекции шейного утолщения спинного мозга на уровне C5-Th1 позвонков, а затем селективную электростимуляцию с расположением анода на брюшке паретичной мышцы, а катода - на уровне иннервирующих ее сегментов шейного утолщения частотами 0,5-2 Гц при сниженном тонусе мышц и частотой 3 Гц при повышенном тонусе с периодической потенциацией частотами 3-7-12 Гц.
