1. Гидроаккумулирующая электростанция с подземным расположением нижнего бассейна, содержащая бассейн, расположенный на поверхности земли, водозаборное сооружение, вертикальный напорный водовод, коммуникационную шахту, аэрационную шахту, наклонную шахту выдачи мощности, станционный узел с гидроагрегатами, нижний бассейн с основными камерами и наклонный транспортный туннель, отличающаяся тем, что нижний бассейн дополнительно имеет короткие туннели, соединительные галереи, напорные соединительные водоводы и распределительную камеру, при этом основные камеры нижнего бассейна выполнены в виде спирально расположенных туннелей в плане, а станционный узел с гидроагрегатами размещен в центре спиралей нижнего бассейна, причем гидроагрегаты станционного узла посредством отсасывающих труб и коротких туннелей соединены с распределительной камерой, которая посредством напорных соединительных водоводов, размещенных радиально относительно нее, соединена с основными камерами нижнего бассейна.2. Комбинированный способ проходки нижнего бассейна, включающий проходку основного наклонного транспортного туннеля от поверхности к подземным сооружениям с помощью туннелепроходческого механизированного комплекса и сооружение основных камер нижнего бассейна, отличающийся тем, что параллельно основному наклонному туннелю проходят дополнительный транспортный туннель и затем осуществляют сооружение нижнего бассейна, который является продолжением транспортных туннелей, при этом сооружение нижнего бассейна ведут в два этапа: на первом этапе проходят пилотную выработку открытым туннелепроходческим механизирован�1.
