Abstract
1. Способ металлизации магнийсодержащих карбонатных железорудных материалов, включающий окислительный обжиг, восстановление совместно с восстановителем и десульфуратором, охлаждение, измельчение и магнитную сепарацию, отличающийся тем, что исходную руду крупностью 10-60 мм предварительно подвергают гравитационному обогащению, окислительный обжиг проводят при температуре 1100-1200°C, после чего обожженную руду в горячем виде загружают непосредственно во вращающуюся печь и восстанавливают, а восстановленную руду измельчают с последующим выделением металлизованного продукта.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что при измельчении до крупности (-5 мм) проводят сухую магнитную сепарацию.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что при измельчении до крупности (-0,1 мм) проводят мокрую магнитную сепарацию.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что горячий газ из вращающейся печи подается в шахтную печь окислительного обжига для утилизации его физического и химического тепла.1.
