Abstract
Способ оценки нарушений моторно-эвакуаторной функции кишечника у новорожденных детей, включающий определение и оценку показателей компьютерной фоноэнтерографии (КФЭГ), отличающийся тем, что у новорожденных детей обоего пола с 5 по 28 день жизни в зависимости от выявленного типа перистальтики определяют степень отклонения показателей КФЭГ от нормативных значений и при значениях: суммы амплитуд звуковых сигналов за 1 мин (Аср.) - 18,7-32,5 мв/мин; количества сигналов за 1 мин (Fcp.) - 110,1-153,1 выбр./мин; средней длительности звуковых сигналов, измеряемой в секундах (Dcp.) - 0,29-0,49 с, делают заключение о нормальном типе перистальтики, при значениях Аср. от 32,6 до 65,2 мв/мин, Fcp. от 153,2 до 286,2 выбр./мин, Dcp. от 0,50 до 3,3 с - о гипермоторном типе перистальтики низкой степени, при Аср. от 65,3 до 77,5 мв/мин, Fcp. от 286,3 до 319,9 выбр./мин, Dcp. от 3,4 до 4,0 с - о гипермоторном типе средней степени, а при значениях Аср. 77,6 мв/мин и выше, Fcp. 320,0 выбр./мин и выше, Dcp. 4,1 с и выше о гипермоторном типе перистальтики высокой степени выраженности.A method for assessing impaired motor-evacuation function of the intestine in newborns, including determining and evaluating indicators of computer phonoenterography (CPEG), characterized in that in newborn children of both sexes from 5 to 28 days of life, depending on the type of peristalsis detected, the degree of deviation of CPEG indicators from standard values and with values: the sum of the amplitudes of the audio signals for 1 min (Asr.) - 18.7-32.5 mv / min; the number of signals in 1 min (Fcp.) - 110.1-153.1 sampling / min; the average duration of sound signals, measured in seconds (Dcp.) - 0.29-0.49 s, make a conclusion about the normal type of peristalsis, with values of Asr. 32.6 to 65.2 mV / min, Fcp. 153.2 to 286.2 bpm, Dcp. from 0.50 to 3.3 s - on the hypermotor type of peristalsis of a low degree, with Asr. 65.3 to 77.5 mV / min, Fcp. 286.3 to 319.9 bpm, Dcp. from 3.4 to 4.0 s - about a hypermotor type of medium degree, and with Acr values. 77.6 mV / min and above, Fcp. 320.0 bpm and above, Dcp. 4.1 s and higher on hypermotor type of peristalsis of high severity.
