Abstract
Зубочелюстной протез-обтуратор имеет металлический базис, состоящий из тела плотно прилегающего к слизистой оболочке сохраненного твердого неба (протезного ложа), систем литых опорно-удерживающих кламмеров и перфорированной пластины располагающейся в продолжении твердого неба и перекрывающий послеоперационный дефект, с фиксированным на ней обтуратором выполненным полым и имеющего каркас из жесткого полиуретана, а наружную поверхность из эластического полиуретана, изготовленный таким образом, что наружные поверхности обтуратора заходят на 2 мм за рубцовое кольцо дефекта по всему его периметру и имеет ретенционные пункты шириной 1 мм.The dentofacial prosthesis-obturator has a metal base, consisting of a body of a firm palate (prosthetic bed) that is closely adjacent to the mucous membrane, cast support-retaining clasps and a perforated plate located in the continuation of the hard palate and overlapping the postoperative defect, with a hollow obturator fixed on it and having a frame made of rigid polyurethane, and the outer surface of elastic polyurethane, made in such a way that the outer surfaces of the obturator go 2 mm behind the scar ring of the defect along its entire perimeter and has retention points 1 mm wide.
