Abstract
1. Прозрачный пленочный композитный материал для наружной поверхности окон (10), включающий материал подложки (11), имеющий внешний пленочный слой из PET (полиэтилентерефталата) (12), поверхность которого была обработана для повышения клейкости к нему, и который пропитан поглотителем ультрафиолетового излучения (UVA), при этом обработанная поверхность покрыта подслоем из акрилового полимера или сополимера (14), имеющего уретан-акрилатный слой твердого покрытия (15) на нем, образованный из, по меньшей мере, одного уретанового акрилатного олигомера и, по меньшей мере, одного многофункционального акрилатного мономера, при этом толщина подслоя (14), по меньшей мере, такая же, как и толщина твердого покрытия. ! 2. Пленочный композитный материал по п.1, в котором внешний пленочный слой из PET (12) материала подложки имеет толщину между 0,0125-0,18 мм (1/2-7 мил) и содержит UVA для поглощения, по меньшей мере, 99% ультрафиолетового излучения. ! 3. Пленочный композитный материал по п.1, в котором подслой (14) включает покрытие из, по меньшей мере, одной отвержденной смолы на акриловой основе или смолы на уретан-акриловой основе, содержащей УФ-стабилизатор. ! 4. Пленочный композитный материал по п.3, в котором подслой (14) содержит до 5% по массе УФ-поглотителя. ! 5. Пленочный композитный материал по п.3, в котором подслой (14) содержит до 3% по массе органического УФ-поглотителя или до 5% по массе неорганического УФ-поглотителя. ! 6. Пленочный композитный материал по п.1, в котором подслой (14) имеет толщину между 6 и 20 мкм. ! 7. Пленочный композитный материал по п.1, в котором подслой (14) имеет толщину между 6 и 12 мкм. ! 8. Claims (17)
1. Прозрачный пленочный композитный материал для наружной поверхности окон (10), включающий материал подложки (11), имеющий внешний пленочный слой из PET (полиэтилентерефталата) (12), поверхность которого была обработана для повышения клейкости к нему, и который пропитан поглотителем ультрафиолетового излучения (UVA), при этом обработанная поверхность покрыта подслоем из акрилового полимера или сополимера (14), имеющего уретан-акрилатный слой твердого покрытия (15) на нем, образованный из, по меньшей мере, одного уретанового акрилатного олигомера и, по меньшей мере, одного многофункционального акрилатного мономера, при этом толщина подслоя (14), по меньшей мере, такая же, как и толщина твердого покрытия.
2. Пленочный композитный материал по п.1, в котором внешний пленочный слой из PET (12) материала подложки имеет толщину между 0,0125-0,18 мм (1/2-7 мил) и содержит UVA для поглощения, по меньшей мере, 99% ультрафиолетового излучения.
3. Пленочный композитный материал по п.1, в котором подслой (14) включает покрытие из, по меньшей мере, одной отвержденной смолы на акриловой основе или смолы на уретан-акриловой основе, содержащей УФ-стабилизатор.
4. Пленочный композитный материал по п.3, в котором подслой (14) содержит до 5% по массе УФ-поглотителя.
5. Пленочный композитный материал по п.3, в котором подслой (14) содержит до 3% по массе органического УФ-поглотителя или до 5% по массе неорганического УФ-поглотителя.
6. Пленочный композитный материал по п.1, в котором подслой (14) имеет толщину между 6 и 20 мкм.
7. Пленочный композитный материал по п.1, в котором подслой (14) имеет толщину между 6 и 12 мкм.
8. Пленочный композитный материал по любому из пп.1-7, в котором уретановый акрилатный олигомер твердого покрытия (15) включает алифатический акрилатный уретановый олигомер, имеющий температуру стеклования (Tg) выше, чем 80°C, с растяжимостью, меньшей, чем 10%, предпочтительно меньшей, чем 5%.
9. Пленочный композитный материал по п.1, в котором многофункциональный акрилатный мономер, образующий твердое покрытие (15), содержит, по меньшей мере, два многофункциональных акрилатных мономера, включая пентаакрилат дипентаэритрита и диакрилат диметанолтрициклодекана.
10. Пленочный композитный материал по п.6, в котором твердое покрытие (15) имеет толщину между 6-8 мкм.
11. Пленочный композитный материал по п.8, в котором твердое покрытие делается гидрофобным путем добавления до 4% по массе добавки гидрофобного материала.
12. Пленочный композитный материал по п.1, в котором твердое покрытие далее содержит в себе дисперсию наночастиц.
13. Пленочный композитный материал по п.1, в котором материал подложки (11) на своей другой поверхности полимерной пленки покрыт клейким материалом (16), чувствительным к давлению, который прилипает к пленочному слою PET и в использовании может прилеплять композитный материал к стеклам, причем клейкий материал (16) покрыт покровной пленкой (17).
14. Пленочный композитный материал по п.1, в котором пленочный композитный материал имеет пропускание видимого света в диапазоне 5-85% VLT.
15. Пленочный композитный материал по п.1, который при испытании на клейкость после испытания на воздействия атмосферных условий в соответствии с ASTM G 155 служит более 1200 ч до нарушения прочности связи между твердым покрытием и материалом подложки.
16. Пленочный композитный материал по п.10, который при испытании на клейкость после испытания на воздействия атмосферных условий в соответствии с ASTM G 155 имеет срок службы между 1500-2400 ч до нарушения прочности связи между твердым покрытием и материалом подложки.
17. Пленочный композитный материал по п.10, отвержденный в инертных условиях, и который при испытании на клейкость после испытания на воздействия атмосферных условий в соответствии с ASTM G 155 служит более 3000 ч до нарушения прочности связи между твердым покрытием и материалом подложки.
