Abstract
1. Способ переработки пыли металлургического производства, содержащей цветные металлы, включает окускование пыли совместно с углеродистым восстановителем, сушку полученных окускованных материалов, их нагрев и обжиг, охлаждение отходящих газов и улавливание из них пыли, содержащей оксид цинка, ! отличающийся тем, что при окусковании пыли в шихту добавляется материал основного состава с содержанием MgO не менее 70%, ! дополнительно, совместно с окускованным материалом, в печь загружают углеродистый восстановитель. ! 2. Способ переработки пыли электросталеплавильного производства по п.1, отличающийся тем, что при окусковании пыли материал основного состава с содержанием MgO не менее 70% используют в количестве 20-50 кг на одну тонну пыли металлургического производства, а углеродистый восстановитель в количестве 100-150 кг на одну тонну пыли металлургического производства. ! 3. Способ переработки пыли металлургического производства по п.1, отличающийся тем, что окускование пыли совместно с материалом основного состава с содержанием MgO не менее 70% и углеродистым восстановителем производят методом окомкования, гранулирования или брикетирования. ! 4. Способ переработки пыли металлургического производства по п.1, отличающийся тем, что углеродистый восстановитель, загружаемый дополнительно в печь совместно с окускованным материалом, используют в количестве 200-400 кг на одну тонну окускованного материала. 1. A method for processing dust of metallurgical production according to claim 1, characterized in that the agglomeration of dust together with the material of the basic composition with an MgO content of at least 70% and a carbonaceous reductant is produced by the method of pelletizing, granulating or briquetting. ! 4. A method for processing dust of metallurgical production according to claim 1, characterized in that the carbonaceous reductant, additionally charged into the furnace together with the agglomerated material, is used in an amount of 200-400 kg per ton of agglomerated material.
