Композиционный материал по п.3, где производные целлюлозы представляют собой гидроксипропилцеллюлозу или карбоксиметилцеллюлозу. ! 5. Композиционный материал по п.2, где, по меньшей мере, один полисахарид представляет собой неамилозный крахмал. ! 6. Композиционный материал по п.2, где, по меньшей мере, один полисахарид представляет собой низкоамилозный крахмал. !7. Композиционный материал по п.1, где минеральная вата представляет собой стекловолокно, керамические волокна, каменную вату или каменную шерсть. ! 8. Claims (26)
1. Композиционный материал, включающий:
- свободное от формальдегида связующее, содержащее, по меньшей мере, один полисахарид и, по меньшей мере, одно сшивающее вещество для полисахарида; и
- минеральную вату или лигноцеллюлозный субстрат.
2. Композиционный материал по п.1, где, по меньшей мере, один полисахарид представляет собой некрахмальный полисахарид.
3. Композиционный материал по п.2, где, по меньшей мере, один некрахмальный полисахарид выбирают из группы, состоящей из целлюлозы, гуаровой камеди, ксантановой камеди, альгинатов, пектина и геллановой камеди и их производных.
4. Композиционный материал по п.3, где производные целлюлозы представляют собой гидроксипропилцеллюлозу или карбоксиметилцеллюлозу.
5. Композиционный материал по п.2, где, по меньшей мере, один полисахарид представляет собой неамилозный крахмал.
6. Композиционный материал по п.2, где, по меньшей мере, один полисахарид представляет собой низкоамилозный крахмал.
7. Композиционный материал по п.1, где минеральная вата представляет собой стекловолокно, керамические волокна, каменную вату или каменную шерсть.
8. Композиционный материал по п.1, где лигноцеллюлозный субстрат представляет собой древесину в форме частиц или фрагментов.
9. Композиционный материал по п.1, где сшивающее вещество для полисахарида выбирают из адипинового/уксусного смешанного ангидрида, эпихлоргидрина, триметафосфата натрия, триметафосфата натрия/триполифосфата натрия и хлорокиси фосфора, полиамид-эпихлоргидриновых сшивающих агентов, ангидрид-содержащих полимеров, циклических амидных конденсатов, комплексов циркония и титана, дигидразида адипиновой кислоты, ди-эпоксидов и полиэпоксидных соединений, ди-функциональных мономеров, диангидридов, ацеталей, полифункциональных силанов, блокированных альдегидов, поликарбоксилатов, соединений бора и их комбинаций.
10. Композиционный материал по п.1, где массовое процентное содержание сшивающего вещества для полисахарида в свободном от формальдегида связующем составляет от приблизительно 0,1 до приблизительно 70%.
11. Композиционный материал по п.1, где свободное от формальдегида связующее дополнительно содержит добавку.
12. Композиционный материал по п.11, где добавка, по меньшей мере, обеспечивает влаго- и водоустойчивость.
13. Композиционный материал по п.1, где свободное от формальдегида связующее дополнительно содержит катализатор.
14. Композиционный материал по п.1, где массовое процентное содержание связующего составляет менее чем 50 мас.% относительно массы композиционного материала.
15. Композиционный материал по п.1, где связующее наносят в форме водного раствора, и рН водного раствора имеет значение более чем 3.
16. Способ получения композиционного материала, включающий:
- получение свободного от формальдегида связующего из одного или более полисахаридов и сшивающих веществ для полисахаридов;
- нанесение свободного от формальдегида связующего на минеральную вату или на лигноцеллюлозный субстрат и
- отверждение связующего.
17. Способ получения композиционного материала по п.16, где полисахарид представляет собой некрахмальный полисахарид.
18. Способ получения композиционного материала по п.17, где некрахмальный полисахарид выбирают из группы, состоящей из целлюлозы, гуаровой камеди, ксантановой камеди, альгинатов, пектина и геллановой камеди и их производных.
19. Способ получения композиционного материала по п.18, где производные целлюлозы представляют собой гидроксипропилцеллюлозу или карбоксиметилцеллюлозу.
20. Способ получения композиционного материала по п.16, где, по меньшей мере, один полисахарид представляет собой неамилозный крахмал.
21. Способ получения композиционного материала по п.16, где, по меньшей мере, один полисахарид представляет собой низкоамилозный крахмал.
22. Способ получения композиционного материала по п.16, где субстрат представляет собой минеральную вату или лигноцеллюлозный субстрат.
23. Способ получения композиционного материала по п.16, где минеральная вата представляет собой стекловолокно, керамические волокна, каменную вату или каменную шерсть.
24. Способ получения композиционного материала по п.16, где сшивающее вещество для полисахарида выбирают из адипинового/уксусного смешанного ангидрида, эпихлоргидрина, триметафосфата натрия, триметафосфата натрия/триполифосфата натрия и хлорокиси фосфора, полиамид-эпихлоргидриновых сшивающих агентов, ангидрид-содержащих полимеров, циклических амидных конденсатов, комплексов циркония и титана, дигидразида адипиновой кислоты, ди-эпоксидов и полиэпоксидных соединений, ди-функциональных мономеров, диангидридов, ацеталей, полифункциональных силанов, блокированных альдегидов, поликарбоксилатов, соединений бора и их комбинаций.
25. Способ получения композиционного материала по п.16, где массовое процентное содержание сшивающего вещества для низкоамилозного крахмала в свободном от формальдегида связующем составляет от приблизительно 0,1 до приблизительно 70%.
26. Способ получения композиционного материала по п.16, где массовое процентное содержание связующего составляет менее чем 50 мас.% относительно массы композиционного материала.
