Abstract
1. Сплав для микролегирования стали, содержащий ванадий, азот, кремний и железо, отличающийся тем, что он представляет собой двухкомпонентный композиционный материал, состоящий из нитрида ванадия и железокремниевого сплава, при этом в упомянутом нитриде ванадия массовое соотношение ванадия к азоту находится в пределах от 3,7:1 до 6,0:1, а в железокремниевом сплаве массовое соотношение железа к кремнию в пределах от 120:1 до 3:1, а сам композиционный сплав имеет плотность от 4,2 до 6,9 г/см3, общую пористость от 1,0 до 28,0%, прочность на сжатие от 2 до 192 МПа при следующем соотношении в нем компонентов, мас.%: ! нитрид ванадия 40-90 железокремниевый сплав остальное ! 2. Сплав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что железокремниевый сплав дополнительно содержит кальций и/или алюминий в количестве от 0,5 до 9,5 мас.% при массовом соотношении железа к кремнию от 90:1 до 6:1. ! 3. Сплав по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что железокремниевый сплав дополнительно содержит медь, никель и/или марганец в количестве от 0,8 до 8,0 мас.%. ! 4. Сплав по п.1, отличающийся тем, что железокремниевый сплав дополнительно содержит нитрид кремния в количестве 0,5-4,0 мас.%. 1.
