Abstract
Способ экстраплевральной костно-мышечной торакопластики, включающий паравертебральный доступ, поднадкостничную резекцию III, IV ребер от позвоночника до средней подмышечной линии, экстраплевральный пневмолиз от купола до корня легкого с плевропневмопексией к заднему отделу VI ребра, отличающийся выделением из дополнительного доступа, по краю широчайшей мышцы спины, торакодорзального мышечного лоскута на сосудистой ножке, размером, соответствующим объему сформированной экстраплевральной полости, с формированием в проксимальном отделе подмышечной впадины тоннеля под большой круглой мышцей, далее с перемещением через межреберный дефект, с полным заполнением ранее сформированной экстраплевральной полости любого объема.
