Abstract

1. Способ для лапароскопического предотвращения инсуфлирования тонкой кишки в процессе операций на желудке, включающий: ! наложение блокирующего элемента на сфинктер привратника желудка для блокирования прохождения газа из полости желудка в тонкую кишку; ! инсуфлирование полости желудка. ! 2. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий этап введения трубки в и через сфинктер привратника для отведения или откачки газа, проходящего в тонкую кишку. ! 3. Способ по п.2, в котором трубка вводится лапароскопически. ! 4. Способ по п.1, в котором упомянутый блокирующий элемент представляет собой текучую среду, вводимую в сфинктер привратника. ! 5. Способ по п.4, в котором текучая среда представляет собой рассасываемый материал. ! 6. Способ по п.1, в котором упомянутый блокирующий элемент представляет собой складку, формируемую в ткани сфинктера привратника. ! 7. Способ по п.1, в котором блокирующий элемент представляет собой внешний зажим для сжатия сфинктера привратника.

Claims (7)

1. Способ для лапароскопического предотвращения инсуфлирования тонкой кишки в процессе операций на желудке, включающий:
наложение блокирующего элемента на сфинктер привратника желудка для блокирования прохождения газа из полости желудка в тонкую кишку;
инсуфлирование полости желудка.
2. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий этап введения трубки в и через сфинктер привратника для отведения или откачки газа, проходящего в тонкую кишку.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором трубка вводится лапароскопически.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором упомянутый блокирующий элемент представляет собой текучую среду, вводимую в сфинктер привратника.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором текучая среда представляет собой рассасываемый материал.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором упомянутый блокирующий элемент представляет собой складку, формируемую в ткани сфинктера привратника.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором блокирующий элемент представляет собой внешний зажим для сжатия сфинктера привратника.
