Abstract
1. Подводный гараж для транспортных средств, содержащий герметичный корпус, содержащий съезды для въезда и выезда автотранспорта из гаражей, этажи, устраиваемые в пределах корпуса, отличающийся тем, что корпус выполнен в виде модуля, представляющего собой герметичную монолитную железобетонную коробку, на концевых участках которой расположены рампы, посредством которых осуществляют въезд и выезд автотранспорта из гаража. ! 2. Подводный гараж для транспортных средств по п.1, отличающийся тем, что съезды для въезда и выезда автотранспорта из гаражей выполнены в виде тоннелей для въезда и выезда. ! 3. Способ строительства подводного гаража, включающий строительство берегового котлована для сборки подводного гаража, отличающийся тем, что котлован отгорожен от реки грунтовой перемычкой, при этом котлован выполняют на берегу водоема посредством устройства вертикальных стенок, укрепленных с помощью металлического шпунта, далее производят сборку в устроенном котловане монолитного железобетонного модуля, причем выполняют гидроизоляцию модуля с применением гидроизоляционных материалов, затем заполняют котлован водой с последующей разборкой экскаватором перемычки, отделяющей котлован от водоема, производят транспортировку модуля к месту установки, затем устанавливают модуль в предварительно подготовленный подводный котлован посредством частичного заполнения модуля водой, производят пригрузку модуля с целью предотвращения всплытия и работы по дноукреплению с последующей откачкой воды, далее выполняют съезды в виде свайной эстакады, сопрягающей набережную и рампы подводного гаража. 1.
