Abstract
1. Система глубокой стимуляции головного мозга, содержащая ! a) вытянутый по оси корпус (102-502) зонда; ! b) по меньшей мере, три стимулирующих электрода (101-501), которые распределены по оси корпуса (102-502) зонда, причем диаметр 2r стимулирующих электродов (101-501) равен или больше их протяженности по оси h: 2r≥h; ! c) контроллер (11) для выборочного генерирования конфигураций электрических потенциалов, отличающихся друг от друга тем, что они смещены в осевом направлении относительно стимулирующих электродов, причем конфигурации содержат приложение одинаковых электрических потенциалов к группе из n стимулирующих электродов, при этом n меньше общего числа стимулирующих электродов и при этом указанные n электродов являются соседними по отношению друг к другу. ! 2. Система по п.1, ! отличающаяся тем, что диаметр 2r стимулирующих электродов (101-501), по меньшей мере, вдвое больше их протяженности по оси, 2r≥2h, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, в четыре раза больше их протяженности по оси, 2r≥4h. ! 3. Система по п.1, ! отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, два соседних стимулирующих электрода (101-501) имеют между собой расстояние d, которое меньше, чем протяженность по оси h электродов, соответственно d≤h, предпочтительно d≤0,5·h. ! 4. Система по п.1, ! отличающаяся тем, что стимулирующие электроды (101-501) распределены по осевой области на длину H, которая, по меньшей мере, равна диаметру 2r стимулирующих электродов (101-501) и/или которая, по меньшей мере, в десять раз больше протяженности по оси h электродов: H≥10·h. ! 5. Claims (10)
1. Система глубокой стимуляции головного мозга, содержащая
a) вытянутый по оси корпус (102-502) зонда;
b) по меньшей мере, три стимулирующих электрода (101-501), которые распределены по оси корпуса (102-502) зонда, причем диаметр 2r стимулирующих электродов (101-501) равен или больше их протяженности по оси h: 2r≥h;
c) контроллер (11) для выборочного генерирования конфигураций электрических потенциалов, отличающихся друг от друга тем, что они смещены в осевом направлении относительно стимулирующих электродов, причем конфигурации содержат приложение одинаковых электрических потенциалов к группе из n стимулирующих электродов, при этом n меньше общего числа стимулирующих электродов и при этом указанные n электродов являются соседними по отношению друг к другу.
2. Система по п.1,
отличающаяся тем, что диаметр 2r стимулирующих электродов (101-501), по меньшей мере, вдвое больше их протяженности по оси, 2r≥2h, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, в четыре раза больше их протяженности по оси, 2r≥4h.
3. Система по п.1,
отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, два соседних стимулирующих электрода (101-501) имеют между собой расстояние d, которое меньше, чем протяженность по оси h электродов, соответственно d≤h, предпочтительно d≤0,5·h.

отличающаяся тем, что стимулирующие электроды (101-501) распределены по осевой области на длину H, которая, по меньшей мере, равна диаметру 2r стимулирующих электродов (101-501) и/или которая, по меньшей мере, в десять раз больше протяженности по оси h электродов: H≥10·h.

отличающаяся тем, что контроллер (11) содержит генератор одиночных импульсов.
6. Система по п.1,
отличающаяся тем, что она содержит, по меньшей мере, один микроэлектрод (203-503), выступающий из корпуса (202-502) зонда.
7. Система по п.6,
отличающаяся тем, что микроэлектрод (203-503) окружен электроизоляцией (204-504) повсюду, кроме своего наконечника.
8. Система по п.6,
отличающаяся тем, что микроэлектрод (203-503) берет начало между двумя стимулирующими электродами (201, 301) или внутри области стимулирующего электрода (301).
9. Система по п.6,
отличающаяся тем, что она содержит регистрирующий блок (11) для улавливания электрических потенциалов с помощью микроэлектрода (203-503).
10. Способ изготовления системы (200-500) электродов для глубокой стимуляции головного мозга по п.6, содержащий
a) изготовление листа (510) изоляционного материала по меньшей мере с одним встроенным электрическим проводом, причем в изолирующем материале вырезана полоса, содержащая свободный конец провода;
b) обертывание листа (510) вокруг корпуса (502) зонда.
