Способ упрочняющей обработки аморфных металлических сплавов, включающий термический отжиг, отличающийся тем, что перед термическим отжигом проводят импульсную фотонную обработку излучением ксеноновых ламп в вакууме 5·10-2 Па пакетом импульсов длительностью от 0,1 до 2,5 с, при дозе энергии поступающей на образец от 1,4 до 25 Дж/см2. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что термический отжиг проводят в вакууме со скоростью 4-15 К/мин до температуры на 50÷100 К меньше температуры кристаллизации аморфного сплава. ! 3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что возможен последующий термический отжиг в течение 10 мин при этой же температуре. 1.
