Волоконно-оптический сигнализатор уровня и вида жидкости, содержащий источник и приемник оптического излучения, размещенные в блоке обработки измерительной информации, и световозвращающий световод, отличающийся тем, что световозвращающий световод выполнен из волоконного световода, входной торец которого оптически связан с источником излучения, а выходной торец, механически связанный с наконечником для отвода жидкости, и боковая поверхность волоконного световода являются чувствительным элементом сигнализатора уровня и вида жидкости, при этом приемник излучения оптически связан со световодом через изгиб световода.
