Abstract
1. Гуманизированное антитело, селективно связывающее антиген F1 из Yersinia pestis, отличающееся тем, что вариабельный участок тяжелой цепи (VH) указанного антитела содержит последовательность аминокислот SEQ ID NO: 1, a вариабельный участок легкой цепи (VL) указанного антитела содержит последовательность аминокислот SEQ ID NO: 2. ! 2. Изолированный фрагмент ДНК, кодирующий антитело по п.1. ! 3. Гуманизированный антигенсвязывающий фрагмент (Fab), селективно связывающий антиген F1 из Yersinia pestis, который содержит вариабельный участок тяжелой цепи (VH) с последовательностью аминокислот SEQ ID NO: 1, соединенной с доменом CH1 человеческого иммуноглобулина, и вариабельный участок легкой цепи (VL) с последовательностью аминокислот SEQ ID NO: 2, соединенной с доменом CL человеческого иммуноглобулина. ! 4. Гуманизированный антигенсвязывающий фрагмент (Fab) по п.3, отличающийся тем, что доменом CH1 является домен CH1 domain человеческого иммуноглобулина IgG1, а доменом CL является домен CL человеческого иммуноглобулина каппа. ! 5. Изолированный фрагмент ДНК, кодирующий антигенсвязывающий фрагмент (Fab) по п.3. ! 6. Клетка дрожжей, трансформированная фрагментом ДНК по п.5, обладающая способностью к продукции Fab по п.3. ! 7. Клетка дрожжей по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что указанными дрожжами являются дрожжи Pichia pastoris. ! 8. Способ получения Fab по п.3, включающий стадии выращивания клеток дрожжей по п.6 в питательной среде и выделения указанного Fab из культуральной жидкости. 1.
