Abstract
1. Устройство по п.5, в котором трубчатая структура смещена или способна смещаться от продольной оси устройства так, чтобы первая полость могла асимметрично развертываться внутри полости тела. !7. Claims (45)
1. Устройство для лечения ткани, окружающей полость в теле пациента, включающее:
a. дистальную часть, сформированную для развертывания внутри полости тела;
b. участок лечения на дистальной части, сформированный для асимметричного развертывания внутри полости тела так, чтобы быть ближе к первой части ткани, окружающей полость, чем к противоположной, второй части ткани, окружающей полость; и
c. источник радиации на участке лечения, облучающий первую часть ткани, окружающей полость тела, более интенсивно, чем противоположную вторую часть ткани полости тела.
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором участок лечения сформирован для расположения, по крайней мере, на 1 мм ближе к первой части ткани, окружающей полость, чем ко второй части ткани, окружающей полость.
3. Устройство по п.1, в котором участок лечения сформирован для расположения, по крайней мере, на 2 мм ближе к первой части ткани, окружающей полость, чем ко второй части ткани, окружающей полость.
4. Устройство по п.1, в котором участок лечения сформирован для расположения, по крайней мере, на 10 мм ближе к первой части ткани, окружающей полость, чем ко второй части ткани, окружающей полость.
5. Устройство по п.1, в котором дистальная часть имеет трубчатую структуру с первой полостью, проходящей в ней, сформированной для приема источника радиации.
6. Устройство по п.5, в котором трубчатая структура смещена или способна смещаться от продольной оси устройства так, чтобы первая полость могла асимметрично развертываться внутри полости тела.
7. Устройство по п.5, в котором трубчатая структура из дистальной части отклоняется по направлению к первой части ткани, окружающей полость, так, что первая полость находится ближе к первой части ткани, окружающей полость, чем ко второй части ткани.
8. Устройство по п.5, в котором трубчатая структура дистальной части имеет овальное или эллиптическое поперечное сечение с первой полостью, расположенной в части трубчатой структуры, которая ближе к первой части ткани, окружающей полость тела, чем ко второй части ткани, окружающей полость тела.
9. Устройство по п.5, в котором трубчатая структура дистальной части имеет вторую полость, проходящую в ней, сформированную для приема экрана, поглощающего радиацию.
10. Устройство по п.8, в котором вторая полость сформирована для скользящего приема экрана, поглощающего радиацию.
11. Устройство по п.9, в котором радиационный экран развертывается внутри второй полости так, чтобы поглощать радиацию, направленную на вторую часть ткани, окружающей полость тела.
12. Устройство по п.5, в котором трубчатая структура дистальной части включает множество трубчатых элементов с внутренней полостью, проходящей через каждый из множества трубчатых элементов.
13. Устройство по п.12, в котором внутренняя полость, проходящая через один из трубчатых элементов, является первой полостью, сформированной для приема источника радиации.
14. Устройство по п.12, в котором трубчатый элемент, через который проходит первая полость, отклоняется или способен отклоняться к первой части ткани, окружающей полость тела.
15. Устройство по п.14, которое включает трубчатый поддерживающий элемент, проходящий внутри дистальной части, для поддержки одного или более трубчатых элементов, проходящих внутри дистальной части.
16. Устройство по п.15, в котором наполняемый элемент, заполняющий полость, окружает трубчатый поддерживающий элемент.
17. Устройство по п.5, в котором трубчатая структура имеет вакуумный порт, а вакуумная полость находится в подвижном соединении с вакуумным портом.
18. Устройство по п.17, в котором вакуумная полость сформирована так, что находится в подвижном соединении с источником вакуума.
19. Устройство по п.1, в котором дистальная часть имеет элемент, заполняющий полость, сформированный так, чтобы, по крайней мере, частично заполнять полость тела.
20. Устройство по п.19, в котором элемент, заполняющий полость, имеет асимметричную форму так, что первая полость находится ближе к первой части ткани, чем ко второй части ткани.

23. Устройство по п.19, в котором полость, сформированная для приема источника радиации, расположена внутри стенки удлиненного ствола.
24. Устройство по п.19, в котором полость, сформированная для приема источника радиации, смещена путем деформации, по крайней мере, части удлиненного ствола внутри участка лечения от продольной оси.
25. Устройство по п.24, в котором дистальная часть ствола внутри участка лечения деформирована путем затягивания нитью, прикрепленной к стволу.
26. Устройство по п.25, в котором нить прикреплена к удлиненному стволу дистально к части, подлежащей деформации.
27. Устройство по п.19, в котором удлиненный ствол имеет множество полостей, смещенных от центрально расположенной продольной оси.
28. Устройство по п.27, в котором множество смещенных полостей равномерно распределено вокруг центрально расположенной продольной оси.
29. Устройство по п.28, в котором центрально расположенная полость выровнена по оси с равномерно распределенными смещенными полостями.

38. Устройство по п.19, в котором удлиненный ствол имеет множество удлиненных трубчатых элементов с внутренними полостями и с одной из внутренних полостей, являющейся первой полостью, сформированной для приема источника радиации, смещенной или способной смещаться от продольной оси.
39. Устройство по п.19, в котором удлиненный ствол имеет, по крайней мере, одну многофункциональную полость.
40. Устройство по п.39, в котором многофункциональность включает, по крайней мере, две функции из группы, состоящей из доставки вакуума, доставки источника радиации и доставки наполняющей жидкости.
41. Устройство по п.39, в котором, по крайней мере, одна многофункциональная полость смещена от продольной оси.
42. Устройство по п.19, в котором удлиненный ствол включает:
удлиненный внешний катетер, имеющий проксимальный конец, дистальный конец и внутреннюю полость, проходящую внутри внешнего катетера, по крайней мере, до участка лечения, и элемент, заполняющий полость, на дистальной части внешнего катетера; и
удлиненный внутренний катетер, имеющий проксимальный конец, дистальный конец, продольную ось и внутреннюю полость, смещенную от продольной оси, сформированную для приема источника радиации, и вращаемо располагающийся внутри внутренней полости внешнего катетера.
43. Устройство для облучения ткани, окружающей полость тела пациента, включающее:
a. удлиненный ствол, имеющий проксимальную часть, дистальную часть и участок лечения, сформированный для развертывания внутри полости тела;
b. трубчатый элемент, проходящий внутри участка лечения в дистальной части, сформированный для асимметричного развертывания внутри полости тела так, чтобы быть ближе к первой части ткани, окружающей полость, чем к противоположной, второй части ткани, окружающей полость; и
c. источник радиации на участке лечения, облучающий первую часть ткани, окружающей полость тела, более интенсивно, чем противоположную, вторую часть ткани полости тела.
44. Устройство для облучения ткани, окружающей полость тела пациента, включающее:
a. дистальную часть, сформированную для развертывания внутри полости тела, имеющую участок лечения и имеющую разделенный на отсеки поддерживающий элемент, проходящий в ней;
b. множество трубчатых элементов, проходящих внутри участка лечения в дистальной части, сформированных для асимметричного развертывания внутри полости тела от разделенного на отсеки поддерживающего элемента так, чтобы быть ближе к первой части ткани, окружающей полость, чем к противоположной, второй части ткани, окружающей полость; и
с. источник радиации, расположенный внутри, по крайней мере, одного из трубчатых элементов, сформированных для асимметричного развертывания внутри полости тела, и облучающий первую часть ткани, окружающей полость тела, более интенсивно, чем противоположную, вторую часть ткани полости тела благодаря более близкому расположению к первой части ткани, чем ко второй части ткани.
45. Устройство по п.44, в котором поддерживающий элемент имеет множество каналов, сформированных для приема трубчатого элемента.
