Ростер для обжаривания кофейных зерен, содержащий расположенную в печи (30) полуцилиндрическую керамическую камеру (32), имеющую заданную толщину стенок, сжигающее устройство (31), установленное на одной из сторон камеры, поворотную консоль (20), установленную посредством шарнира (21) на одной из сторон печи с возможностью поворота в горизонтальной плоскости, ползун (24), соединенный с дальним концом поворотной консоли (20) с помощью соединения (22) вращения и снабженный вращающимся стержнем (15), установленным внутри ползуна с возможностью вращения со скольжением и прямолинейного движения, причем один конец вращающегося стержня (15) соединен с двигателем (17), а другой - с обжарочным барабаном (10), чтобы при вращении обжарочного барабана (10), вращаемого посредством вращающегося стержня (15), который вращают с помощью двигателя (17), зеленые 1.
