Abstract
1. Узел уплотнителя, предназначенный для использования в устройстве хирургического доступа, содержащий ! уплотнитель, имеющий отверстие, выполненный с возможностью приема через него хирургического инструмента; и ! абсорбирующий элемент, связанный с уплотнителем и выполненный с возможностью впитывания текучей среды от, по меньшей мере, одного из отверстия или хирургического инструмента, пропущенного через отверстие. ! 2. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором абсорбирующий элемент расположен рядом с отверстием таким образом, что он выполнен с возможностью контакта и впитывания текучей среды с хирургического инструмента, пропущенного через отверстие в уплотнителе. ! 3. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором уплотнитель выполнен с возможностью соскабливания текучей среды с хирургического инструмента, пропущенного через отверстие, и абсорбирующий элемент выполнен с возможностью поглощения текучей среды, соскабливаемой с хирургического инструмента уплотнителем. ! 4. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором отверстие продолжается между проксимальной и дистальной поверхностями уплотнителя, и абсорбирующий элемент расположен рядом с одной из проксимальной и дистальной поверхностями уплотнителя. ! 5. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором абсорбирующий элемент сформирован как единая деталь с уплотнителем. !6. Claims (25)
1. Узел уплотнителя, предназначенный для использования в устройстве хирургического доступа, содержащий
уплотнитель, имеющий отверстие, выполненный с возможностью приема через него хирургического инструмента; и
абсорбирующий элемент, связанный с уплотнителем и выполненный с возможностью впитывания текучей среды от, по меньшей мере, одного из отверстия или хирургического инструмента, пропущенного через отверстие.
2. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором абсорбирующий элемент расположен рядом с отверстием таким образом, что он выполнен с возможностью контакта и впитывания текучей среды с хирургического инструмента, пропущенного через отверстие в уплотнителе.
3. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором уплотнитель выполнен с возможностью соскабливания текучей среды с хирургического инструмента, пропущенного через отверстие, и абсорбирующий элемент выполнен с возможностью поглощения текучей среды, соскабливаемой с хирургического инструмента уплотнителем.
4. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором отверстие продолжается между проксимальной и дистальной поверхностями уплотнителя, и абсорбирующий элемент расположен рядом с одной из проксимальной и дистальной поверхностями уплотнителя.
5. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором абсорбирующий элемент сформирован как единая деталь с уплотнителем.
6. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором уплотнитель содержит, по меньшей мере, один из уплотнителя инструмента, выполненного с возможностью формирования уплотнения вокруг хирургического инструмента, размещенного в нем, или уплотнителя с нулевым зазором, выполненного с возможностью формирования уплотнения, когда хирургический инструмент не размещен в нем.
7. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором абсорбирующий элемент сформирован из материала, выбранного из группы, состоящей из полиэстера, вискозы, ацетата целлюлозы, нейлонового полиэстера, полиолефина, полиэтилентерефталата, формованного эжектированием высокоскоростным потоком воздуха, пенополиуретана и их комбинаций.
8. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, дополнительно содержащий элемент скребка, расположенный рядом с абсорбирующим элементом и выполненный с возможностью соскабливания текучей среды с хирургического инструмента, пропущенного через отверстие в уплотнителе.
9. Узел уплотнителя по п.8, в котором элемент скребка включает в себя отверстие, сформированное через него и выполненное с возможностью соскабливать по окружности текучую среду с хирургического инструмента, пропущенного через него.
10. Узел уплотнителя по п.8, в котором элемент скребка содержит скребок в форме конуса, продолжающийся дистально от дистальной поверхности уплотнителя и имеющий отверстие для приема и соскабливания хирургического инструмента.
11. Узел уплотнителя по п.10, в котором абсорбирующий элемент, по существу, имеет форму конуса, и скребок в форме конуса установлен внутри, по существу, абсорбирующего элемента в форме конуса.
12. Узел уплотнителя по п.8, в котором элемент скребка содержит диск, имеющий отверстие для приема и соскабливания хирургического инструмента, и абсорбирующий элемент содержит абсорбирующее кольцо, расположенное рядом с диском и выполненное с возможностью поглощать текучую среду, с соскабливаемую диском.
13. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором уплотнитель содержит гибкий элемент и многослойный защитный элемент, и абсорбирующий элемент расположен между слоями многослойного защитного элемента.
14. Узел уплотнителя по п.13, в котором абсорбирующий элемент содержит многослойный абсорбирующий элемент.
15. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором уплотнитель содержит уплотнитель с нулевым зазором, и абсорбирующий элемент содержит, по меньшей мере, две заслонки абсорбирующих клапанов, расположенные рядом с дистальной поверхностью уплотнителя с нулевым зазором.
16. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором уплотнитель содержит уплотнитель с нулевым зазором, имеющий первый элемент, установленный внутри второго элемента, и в котором абсорбирующий элемент расположен между первым и вторым элементами уплотнителя с нулевым зазором и выполнен с возможностью впитывания текучей среды, когда уплотнитель с нулевым зазором открывается и закрывается.
17. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором абсорбирующий элемент содержит, по меньшей мере, две впитывающие планки, выполненные с возможностью контакта и поглощения текучей среды с хирургического инструмента, пропускаемого через отверстие в уплотнителе и, по меньшей мере, между двумя впитывающими планками.
18. Узел уплотнителя по п.1, в котором абсорбирующий элемент содержит множество абсорбирующих элементов, и узел уплотнителя дополнительно содержит множество скребков, сообщающихся с множеством абсорбирующих элементов, причем множество скребков выполнены с возможностью соскабливания текучей среды с хирургического инструмента, пропущенного через отверстие в уплотнителе.
19. Устройство хирургического доступа, содержащее
корпус, образующий рабочий канал, имеющий такие размеры и конфигурацию, что в него устанавливают хирургический инструмент;
уплотнитель, расположенный в корпусе и имеющий отверстие, расположенное с возможностью установки в него хирургического инструмента, пропущенного через рабочий канал; и
абсорбирующий элемент, расположенный в корпусе и выполненный с возможностью впитывания текучей среды для предотвращения повторного оседания текучей среды на хирургические инструменты, пропускаемые через рабочий канал.
20. Устройство хирургического доступа по п.19, в котором абсорбирующий элемент установлен с возможностью поглощения текучей среды с хирургического инструмента, пропущенного через корпус.
21. Устройство хирургического доступа по п.19, в котором абсорбирующий элемент установлен с возможностью впитывания текучей среды с отверстия в уплотнителе.
22. Устройство хирургического доступа по п.19, в котором корпус включает в себя проксимальный участок, содержащий уплотнитель, и дистальную канюлю, продолжающуюся дистально от проксимального участка и выполненную с возможностью вставки ее в полость корпуса.
23. Устройство хирургического доступа по п.19, в котором абсорбирующий элемент сформирован как единая деталь с уплотнителем.
24. Устройство хирургического доступа по п.19, в котором абсорбирующий элемент сформирован из материала, выбранного из группы, состоящей из полиэстера, вискозы, ацетата целлюлозы, нейлонового полиэстера, полиолефина, полиэтилентерефталата, формованного эжектированием высокоскоростным потоком воздуха, пенополиуретана и их комбинаций.
25. Устройство хирургического доступа по п.19, дополнительно содержащее скребок, расположенный в корпусе и выполненный с возможностью соскабливания текучей среды с хирургического инструмента, пропущенного через рабочий канал.
