Способ комплексной переработки углей для получения жидких топлив и горючих газов, включающий приготовление масляно-угольной суспензии; полукоксование суспензии в реакторе под давлением 2-5 МПа и интервале температур 500-680°С с использованием в качестве теплоносителя перегретого до 800-900°С водяного пара; сепарацию полукокса от парогазовой смеси; охлаждение и разделение парогазовой смеси на бензиновую и газойлевую фракции и тяжелое масло; охлаждение и очистку синтез-газа. ! 2. Установка для получения жидких топлив и горючих газов из углей по п.1, состоящая из аппарата приготовления суспензии, реактора полукоксования, пароперегревателя, контактного теплообменника, масляного скруббера, ректификационной колонны, газификатора, котла-утилизатора, отстойника, адсорбера сернистых соединений, десорбера, причем первичное охлаждение парогазовой смеси производится тяжелым маслом в контактном теплообменнике, другая часть масла направляется в аппарат приготовления суспензии, а балансовое количество - в газификатор. 1.
