Abstract
1. Пиролизный комплекс для утилизации твердых бытовых отходов, включающий теплоизоляционную шахту для термического разложения твердых бытовых отходов с загрузочными и разгрузочными устройствами, устройство нагрева отходов с использованием собственного пиролизного газа, блока охлаждения и очистки пиролизного газа, отличающийся тем, что в состав пиролизного комплекса входит наклонная трубчатая камера из бетонных колец, смонтированная на борту высотной свалки, загрузочное и разгрузочное устройства, выполненные в виде герметичных питателей ящичного типа, пиролизная горелка, расположенная в основании камеры, для нагрева и термохимического разложения отходов, ! 2. Пиролизный комплекс для утилизации твердых бытовых отходов по п.1, отличающийся тем, что параллельно трубчатой бетонной камере проложен трубчатый секционный коллектор, соединенный с камерой при помощи многочисленных патрубков, оснащенных перфорированными термоустойчивыми прокладками. ! 3. Пиролизный комплекс для утилизации твердых бытовых отходов по п.2, отличающийся тем, что отвод паров воды в атмосферу осуществлен через часть коллектора отдельно из верхней зоны пиролизного реактора, где производится сушка отходов, а отвод пиролизного газа в газовую горелку осуществлен через часть коллектора отдельно из нижней зоны пиролизного реактора, где производится термохимическое разложение отходов. 1.
