Способ хирургического лечения аксиальных грыж пищеводного отверстия диафрагмы и рефлюксной болезни с применением проведения протеза позади пищеводно-желудочного перехода и фиксации его к передней брюшной стенке, протезного воссоздания нарушенного угла желудка и клапана Губарева, отличающийся тем, что данной методикой без травматичной мобилизации производят восстановление угла желудка, создают условия замыкания пищеводно-желудочного перехода и предотвращают рефлюкс, препятствуют выходу брюшного отдела пищевода и кардии желудка в грудную полость и не производят вмешательства на стенке желудка.
