Abstract
1. Способ измерения относительной аккомодации путем напряжения и расслабления аккомодации при постоянном состоянии вергенции, отличающийся тем, что пациенту показывают на плоскости под минимальным углом наблюдения изображение двух скрещивающихся линий с парами разноудаленных попарно одинаковых колец с оптотип-числами по всей протяженности линий, при этом постоянное состояние вергенции контролируют наличием ощущения у пациента бинокулярного образа в виде трех линий, среднюю из которых пациент ощущает расположенной вертикально, и заставляют пациента переводить центральную фиксацию взгляда вдоль этих линий от ближайшей пары оптотип-чисел до самой удаленной, а значение относительной аккомодации «+» определяют по диоптрийному эквиваленту расстояния до четкого восприятия ближайшего оптотип-числа на вертикально ощущаемой линии, а значение относительной аккомодации «-» определяют по диоптрийному эквиваленту расстояния до четкого восприятия самого удаленного оптотип-числа на вертикально ощущаемой линии. ! 2.
