Способ иммунохроматографического определения антибиотиков в молоке и молочных продуктах, основанный на использовании мультимембранного композита, в определенные зоны которого нанесены частицы окрашенного маркера в комплексе с антителами 1, специфичными к антибиотику, конъюгат антибиотика с молекулой-носителем, обеспечивающей иммобилизацию конъюгата на мембране, и иммобилизованные на мембране антитела 2, специфичные к антителам 1, и предусматривающий контакт мультимембранного композита с тестируемой пробой молока или молочного продукта и последующее движение по мембранам композита жидкости, которое вызывает вымывание окрашенного маркера в комплексе с антителами 1 и его связывание с потенциально содержащимися в пробе молекулами антибиотика, а также с иммобилизованными реагентами, сопровождающееся образованием в определенной зоне или зонах мультимембранного композита окрашенной полосы или полос, регистрируемых визуально или с помощью прибора, отличающийся тем, что благодаря подбору сочетания антител 1 с высокой скоростью взаимодействия с антигеном (кинетическая константа реакции ассоциации не менее 105 М-1 с-1), мембранных носителей с большим размером пор (не менее 10 мкм) и частиц окрашенного маркера с большими размерами (средний диаметр не менее 30 нм) анализ тестируемой пробы проводится при комнатной температуре.
