Abstract
Способ наложения абдоминального колоэзофагоанастомоза при эзофагопластике у детей с атрезией пищевода, заключающийся в создании соустья между дистальным концом толстокишечного трансплантата и абдоминальным отрезком пищевода, отличающийся тем, что для соединения толстокишечного трансплантата с желудком используют абдоминальный отрезок пищевода, выведенный на переднюю брюшную стенку в виде эзофагостомы в процессе выполнения двойной эзофагостомии как первого этапа коррегирующей операции у новорожденных с атрезией пищевода и отсеченный от передней брюшной стенки для вшивания конца его в боковую стенку толстой кишки трансплантата при выполнении эзофагопластики.
