Abstract
1. Хирургический инструмент с двумя зажимными губками, находящимися на конце хвостовика или ручки, и опорой, которая имеет проходной установочный винт и на которой расположена, по меньшей мере, одна из зажимных губок с возможностью поворота между раскрытым положением и закрытым положением, и приспособлением для рассечения, выполненным с возможностью сдвига в промежуток, находящийся между зажимными губками по существу параллельно продольной оси инструмента, отличающийся тем, что проходной установочный винт (8) имеет проходное отверстие (11), которое проходит в направлении движения приспособления для рассечения (10) и в которое вставляется приспособление для рассечения (10), и наибольшая протяженность проходного отверстия (11) поперек направления движения приспособления для рассечения (10) соответствует, по меньшей мере, размерам приспособления для рассечения (10) в этом направлении. ! 2. Хирургический инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что приспособление для рассечения (10) выполнено в виде приспособления для рассечения, имеющего, по меньшей мере, одно лезвие (12). ! 3. Хирургический инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что установочный винт (8) выполнен в виде вращательно-симметричного, в частности местами цилиндрического тела при необходимости с изменяющимся поперечным сечением. ! 4. Хирургический инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что установочный винт (8) имеет свое наибольшее поперечное сечение поперек направления движения приспособления для рассечения (10) на том участке, где находится проходное отверстие (11). ! 5. Claims (16)
1. Хирургический инструмент с двумя зажимными губками, находящимися на конце хвостовика или ручки, и опорой, которая имеет проходной установочный винт и на которой расположена, по меньшей мере, одна из зажимных губок с возможностью поворота между раскрытым положением и закрытым положением, и приспособлением для рассечения, выполненным с возможностью сдвига в промежуток, находящийся между зажимными губками по существу параллельно продольной оси инструмента, отличающийся тем, что проходной установочный винт (8) имеет проходное отверстие (11), которое проходит в направлении движения приспособления для рассечения (10) и в которое вставляется приспособление для рассечения (10), и наибольшая протяженность проходного отверстия (11) поперек направления движения приспособления для рассечения (10) соответствует, по меньшей мере, размерам приспособления для рассечения (10) в этом направлении.
2. Хирургический инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что приспособление для рассечения (10) выполнено в виде приспособления для рассечения, имеющего, по меньшей мере, одно лезвие (12).
3. Хирургический инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что установочный винт (8) выполнен в виде вращательно-симметричного, в частности местами цилиндрического тела при необходимости с изменяющимся поперечным сечением.
4. Хирургический инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что установочный винт (8) имеет свое наибольшее поперечное сечение поперек направления движения приспособления для рассечения (10) на том участке, где находится проходное отверстие (11).
5. Хирургический инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что проходное отверстие (11) расположено поперек продольной оси опоры (7) и выполнено в виде прорези.
6. Хирургический инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что проходное отверстие (11), находящееся на опоре (7), закрыто со всех сторон.
7. Хирургический инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что проходное отверстие (11), находящееся на опоре (7), имеет, в частности, на всем своем продольном прохождении окружную стенку с прорывом и выполнено с одной стороны открытым.
8. Хирургический инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что проходное отверстие (11) расположено в середине установочного винта (8) опоры (7) таким образом, что его середина образует плоскость симметрии относительно частей установочного винта (8), проходящих по обеим сторонам.
9. Хирургический инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что установочный винт (8) имеет средний участок (20) с большим поперечным сечением, чем у концов опоры (19) установочного винта, причем средний участок (20) имеет проходное отверстие.
10. Хирургический инструмент по п.9, отличающийся тем, что на установочном винте (8) между средним участком (20) и соответствующим концом опоры (19) предусмотрен промежуток (21), диаметр которого находится между диаметром среднего участка (20) и диаметром конца опоры (19).
11. Хирургический инструмент по п.10, отличающийся тем, что протяженность промежуточного участка (21) в радиальном направлении одинаково велика или больше наибольшей протяженности проходного отверстия (11) в радиальном направлении.
12. Хирургический инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что входное отверстие и/или выходное отверстие (25) проходного отверстия (11) имеют, по меньшей мере, местами уплощенные продольные края (24), причем, в частности, на противоположных друг другу продольных краях (24) проходного отверстия (11), выполненного в виде прорези, сделана фаска.
13. Хирургический инструмент по п.10, отличающийся тем, что на концах опоры (19) установочного винта (8) предусмотрены области (23) для прилегания контропоры, которые при необходимости прерывают там симметрию вращения установочного винта (8).
14. Хирургический инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что приспособление для рассечения (10) снабжено, по меньшей мере, одним исполнительным механизмом (3, 29) и при необходимости держателем (30), на котором укреплено с возможностью снятия лезвие (12) приспособления для рассечения (10).
15. Хирургический инструмент по одному из пп.1-14, отличающийся тем, что приспособление для рассечения (10) направлено от проксимального конца вплоть до области дистального конца зажимных губок (5, 6) в направляющей (14), находящейся в удлинении проходного отверстия (11) на зажимных губках (5, 6) и им заканчивающейся, в частности, в канавке.
16. Инструмент для коагуляции, в частности высокочастотный инструмент для коагуляции с хирургическим инструментом (1) по одному из пп.1-15.
