Стабильный эмульсионный взрывчатый состав, включающий водный раствор селитры аммиачной или водный раствор селитры аммиачной и карбамида, или водный раствор селитры аммиачной и карбамида с натриевой или кальциевой селитрой, диспергированный в горючей углеводородной фазе из масла индустриального в смеси с эмульгатором и стабилизатором эмульсии, и сенсибилизатор в виде водного раствора реагента-газообразователя или твердых пористых частиц в виде микросфер, или полистирола вспененного, характеризующийся тем, что горючая углеводородная фаза имеет температуру застывания не выше минус 20°С при следующем соотношении компонентов в составе, мас.%: ! вода 10,0÷18,0 карбамид 1,0÷3,0 масло индустриальное 5,0÷8,0 эмульгатор 1,0÷4,0 стабилизатор эмульсии - полиизобутилен молекулярной массой 500÷2000 0,5÷3,0 сенсибилизатор из: водного раствора реагента-газообразователя 0,5÷2,0 или микросфер, 0,5÷5,0 или полистирола вспененного 0,4÷1,5 селитра аммиачная - остальное до 100 ! 2. Стабильный эмульсионный взрывчатый состав по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что содержит 5,0÷15,0% натриевой или кальциевой селитры, вводимых вместо селитры аммиачной в дисперсной фазе. ! 3.
