Abstract
Способ получения антифрикционных градиентных покрытий, включающий смешение компонентов, в состав которых входят эпоксидная смола, графит и отвердитель, и нанесение на поверхность, отличающийся тем, что эпоксидную смолу предварительно смешивают с графитом, затем вводят глицидиловый эфир кислот фосфора с диспергированными углеродными нанотрубками и отвердитель, выдерживают до получения заданной степени расслоения и отверждают при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.ч.: ! эпоксидная смола 100 глицидиловый эфир кислот фосфора 15-25 графит 20-30 углеродные нанотрубки 0.01-0.10 отвердитель стехиометрическое количество, ! где в качестве глицидиловых эфиров кислот фосфора используют триглицидилфосфат, диглицидилфосфат, диглицидилметилфосфонат.
