1. Способ улучшения каталитических свойств пенициллинацилазы из разных источников, в том числе увеличения/изменения каталитической активности, ацилирующей способности и стереоселективности, включающий изменение структуры фермента путем замены одного или нескольких остатков альфа и бета цепи фермента, соответствующие сайтам α138-151 и β67-73 пенициллинацилазы из E.coli. ! 2. Способ по п.1, где пенициллинацилаза происходит из бактерий A.faecalis, E.coli, K.citrophila, P.rettgeri, A.viscosus, B.megaterium. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что остаток фермента β71 заменяется на остаток лейцина. ! 4. Способ по п.1, где препарат пенициллинацилазы представляет собой гомогенный препарат, раствор с содержанием других химических соединений или белков, мицеллы, агрегаты, кристаллы, или иммобилизирован в геле, на различных подложках и носителях, или используется в виде культуры клеток. ! 5. Способ применения препаратов биокатализаторов на основе пенициллинацилазы по любому из пп.1-4 с целью проведения биокаталитических превращений. ! 6. Способ по п.5 с целью проведения хемо-, регио- и стереоизбирательного ацилирования первичных аминосоединений, в частности, для ацилирования аминов, аминоспиртов, аминокислот, их амидов и эфиров, пептидов и пептидомиметиков, а также их элементоорганических аналогов. ! 7.
