Abstract

FIELD: medicine, particularly, gynecology. SUBSTANCE: dilator has upper flap made from springy material and provided with hollow handle with retainer, lower flap with support rack, which is connected with flap by springy plates. Retainer is cantilevered so that it may be bent into handle. EFFECT: reduced traumatism and improved view, reduced labour consumption and expenses for manufacture, increased versatility by reduced sizes, increased ergonomics. 4 cl, 5 dwg

Известен расширитель, представляющий собой влагалищное зеркало с верхней и нижней лопастями в форме клюва с возможностью составлять одно целое с рукоятками и возможностью вращения одной лопасти относительно другой, приспособление для скрепления с двумя параллельными рычагами в рукоятке первой лопасти, снабженными параллельными выемками, с опорными точками и точками скрепления, взаимодействующими с держателем, коренные цапфы, стопорную защелку на рукоятке первой и второй лопасти с зубчиками, выполненная на рукоятке прорезь соединена с отдельной продольной прорезью, а зубчики расположены сбоку стопорной защелки с возможностью установки лопастей параллельно [1] . Этот расширитель не удобен в использовании, так как им невозможно манипулировать одной рукой, частично перекрывается сектор обзора влагалища, неудобное фиксирование в раскрытом состоянии, требующее сжимающих усилий. Указанная цель достигается тем, что:
- держатель выполнен в форме единой детали с нижней створкой и образует направляющий канал внутри держателя, при этом последний имеет конический раструб в верхней части;
- верхняя створка образует с подвижной опорной рейкой единую деталь в форме Г-образного кронштейна и соединена с рейкой пружинящими опорными пластинками, выполненными кольцеобразной формы в исходном (нерабочем) состоянии;
- опорные пластинки выполнены с возможностью раздвижения в рабочем положении и образования смотрового окна, величина которого пропорциональна величине разведения створок с возможностью расширения смотровой зоны влагалища;
- держатель имеет фиксатор, выполненный с возможностью автоматического фиксирования величины разведения створок и представляющий собой консольно закрепленную пластинку, снабженную упорным курком и отогнутую внутрь держателя с возможностью упора в стопорную насечку опорной рейки;
- верхняя створка за счет пружинения опорных пластинок и собственной упругости выполнена с возможностью изменения ширины створки по мере раздвижения створок с увеличением обзора влагалища;
- держатель и опорная рейка снабжены упорными курками, направленными вершинами в противоположные стороны, а на задней стенке держателя выполнен направляющий паз для движения упорного курка.The specified goal is achieved by the fact that:

- the upper cusp due to the springing of the support plates and its own elasticity is made with the possibility of changing the width of the cusp as the cusps move apart with an increase in the view of the vagina;
- the holder and the support rail are equipped with stop lugs directed by the vertices in opposite directions, and a guide groove is made on the back wall of the holder for the movement of the stop lug.

В сведенном состоянии расширитель вводится во влагалище, после чего путем нажима среднего пальца на упорный курок 7, а большим пальцем на упорный курок 12 створки разводятся на необходимую величину, при этом пружинящие пластинки 6 выходят из держателя и прогибаются, стремясь приобрести кольцеобразную форму, увеличивая смотровое окно пропорционально разведению створок. Фиксатор 9 осуществляет автоматическое фиксирование положения опорной рейки за счет стопорной насечки 11 и соответственно размер разведения створок. По завершению использования расширителя фиксатор выводится из зацепления с насечкой опорной рейки путем нажатия большим пальцем на курок 12. Вследствие натяжения, создаваемого во влагалище, створки сближаются, а при необходимости возможно содействие нажатием пальцами на упорные курки 7, 12 с движением последних в противоположные направления. Расширитель извлекается с прекращением функциональной необходимости. Claims

1.
