Abstract
1. Пенообразователь для поризации бетонных смесей, включающий смолу и поверхностно-активное вещество, отличающийся тем, что содержит в своем составе в качестве смолы - канифоль, омыленную едким натрием или едким калием (канифольное мыло), в качестве поверхностно-активного вещества - одно или несколько веществ, выбранных из ряда: первичные алкилсульфаты, алкилэтоксисульфаты, алкилдиметилкарбоксибетаин, кокамидопропилбетаин, окись алкилдиметиламина, альфаолефинсульфонаты, вторичные алкилсульфаты и, дополнительно, органический растворитель в следующих соотношениях компонентов, мас.%: ! канифольное мыло 1,0-25 поверхностно-активное вещество 2,0-15 органический растворитель 0-10 вода остальное! при минимальном суммарном содержании канифольного мыла и поверхностно-активного вещества в составе пенообразователя 4,0 мас.%. ! 2. Пенообразователь по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве канифоли используют живичную сосновую, экстракционную сосновую или талловую канифоль. ! 3. Пенообразователь по п.3, отличающийся тем, что в качестве алкилсульфатов используют натриевые или аммонийные соли первичных алкилсульфатов фракций C8-C10, C10-C12, C12-C14 или же смесь указанных солей. ! 4. Пенообразователь по п.3, отличающийся тем, что в качестве алкилэтоксисульфатов используют натриевые, аммониевые, моноэтаноламиновые или триэтаноламиновые соли сульфатированных оксиэтилированных первичных жирных спиртов фракций С10-C12, C12-C14 со степенью этоксилирования 2 или 3 или же смесь указанных солей. ! 5. Пенообразователь по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве алкилдиметилкарбоксибетаина используют карбоксибетаин следующей формулы: [R(CH3)2N+CH2COO-], гд� 1. The foaming agent according to claim 3, characterized in that sodium, ammonium, monoethanolamine or triethanolamine salts of sulfated ethoxylated primary fatty alcohols of fractions C10-C12, C12-C14 with a degree of ethoxylation of 2 or 3 or a mixture of these salts are used as alkyl ethoxysulfates. ! 5.
