Abstract
1. Способ получения литиевых продуктов при комплексной переработке сподуменовых руд, включающий получение моногидрата гидроксида лития и обжиг сырьевой смеси с известняком, отличающийся тем, что сырьевая смесь состоит из необогащенной сподуменовой руды и известняка при мол. отн. CaO:SiO2, равном 2,0-2,2 и соды при мол. отн. Na2O:Al2O3=1, обжиг смеси проводят при температуре 1200-1250°С; выщелачивание смеси осуществляют раствором гидроксида натрия, образовавшийся раствор алюминатов щелочных металлов и гидроксида лития подвергают декомпозиции диоксидом углерода с выделением в осадок карбонатной разновидности двойного гидроксида алюминия, лития с последующим получением литиевых продуктов: моногидрата гидроксида лития путем каустификации осадка известью (известковым молоком) и получением раствора гидроксида лития и осадка трехкальциевого гидроалюмината и/или смеси безводных алюминатов лития путем прокаливания карбонатной разновидности двойного гидроксида алюминия лития при температуре 600-800°С; в сырьевую смесь из шлама и трехкальциевого гидроалюмината, образующихся на I стадии, дозируют известь (известняк) до мол. отн. CaO:SiO2, равного, 2,6-3,0, а термическую обработку (обжиг) сырьевой смеси проводят при температуре 600-1400°С. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что сырьевую смесь содержащую шлам и трехкальциевый гидроалюминат подвергают термической обработке при 600±50°С и совместному помолу с известью с получением шлакоцемента. ! 3.
