Abstract
1. Многослойное листовое стекло, содержащее внутренний слой стекла и наружный слой стекла, имеющий обычно непрозрачный промежуточный слой, нанесенный между ними, причем когда промежуточный слой толщиной 0,76 мм нанесен между двумя слоями стекла, каждый из которых имеет толщину 2,1 мм и пропускание света более 88% (источник света А МКО), получаемое листовое стекло имеет: ! пропускание света (источник света А МКО) менее 40%; ! пропускание энергии (ISО9050:Е(2003), воздушная масса 1,5) менее 45% и ! потери пропускания звука более 40 дБ в интервале от 3000 до 4000 Гц при 21°С. ! 2. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.1, в котором промежуточный слой является поливинилбутиральным (ПВБ). ! 3. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.2, в котором промежуточный слой является тонированным по всей массе. ! 4. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.2 или 3, в котором промежуточный слой имеет двухслойное строение. ! 5. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.2 или 3, в котором промежуточный слой имеет трехслойное строение. ! 6. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.5, в котором, по меньшей мере, один из слоев в трехслойной структуре является тонированным по всей массе. ! 7. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.1, в котором листовое стекло имеет комплексное пропускание цвета при 2-градусном угле наблюдения, источник света D65, в интервалах: ! L*: (+20) - (+60); ! а*: (-1) - (-18); и ! b*: (-16) - (+9). ! 8. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.1, в котором каждый из первого слоя стекла и второго слоя стекла имеют содержание железа, определяемое по Fе2О3, менее 0,15 мас.%. ! 9. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.1, в котором каждый из первого слоя стекла и второго слоя стекла имеет содержание железа, определяемое по Fе2О3, между 0,5 и 1,2 мас.%. ! 10. Мн�
Claims (25)
1. Многослойное листовое стекло, содержащее внутренний слой стекла и наружный слой стекла, имеющий обычно непрозрачный промежуточный слой, нанесенный между ними, причем когда промежуточный слой толщиной 0,76 мм нанесен между двумя слоями стекла, каждый из которых имеет толщину 2,1 мм и пропускание света более 88% (источник света А МКО), получаемое листовое стекло имеет:
пропускание света (источник света А МКО) менее 40%;
пропускание энергии (ISО9050:Е(2003), воздушная масса 1,5) менее 45% и
потери пропускания звука более 40 дБ в интервале от 3000 до 4000 Гц при 21°С.
2. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.1, в котором промежуточный слой является поливинилбутиральным (ПВБ).
3. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.2, в котором промежуточный слой является тонированным по всей массе.
4. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.2 или 3, в котором промежуточный слой имеет двухслойное строение.
5. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.2 или 3, в котором промежуточный слой имеет трехслойное строение.
6. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.5, в котором, по меньшей мере, один из слоев в трехслойной структуре является тонированным по всей массе.
7. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.1, в котором листовое стекло имеет комплексное пропускание цвета при 2-градусном угле наблюдения, источник света D65, в интервалах:
L*: (+20) - (+60);
а*: (-1) - (-18); и
b*: (-16) - (+9).
8. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.1, в котором каждый из первого слоя стекла и второго слоя стекла имеют содержание железа, определяемое по Fе2О3, менее 0,15 мас.%.
9. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.1, в котором каждый из первого слоя стекла и второго слоя стекла имеет содержание железа, определяемое по Fе2О3, между 0,5 и 1,2 мас.%.
10. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.8 или 9, в котором листовое стекло имеет пропускание света (источник света А МКО) менее 35% и пропускание энергии (ISО9050:Е(2003), воздушная масса 1,5) менее 35%.
11. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.8 или 9, в котором листовое стекло имеет пропускание света (источник света А МКО) в интервале от 10 до 30%.
12. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.8 или 9, в котором листовое стекло имеет пропускание света (источник света А МКО) в интервале от 12 до 23%.
13. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.8 или 9, в котором листовое стекло имеет пропускание энергии (ISО9050:Е(2003), воздушная масса 1,5) менее 20%.
14. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.8 или 9, в котором листовое стекло имеет пропускание энергии (ISО9050:Е(2003), воздушная масса 1,5) менее 16%.
15. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.1, содержащее покрытие с низким коэффициентом излучения на наружной поверхности внутреннего слоя стекла.
16. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.1, содержащее солнцезащитное покрытие на внутренней поверхности наружного слоя стекла.
17. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.15 или 16, в котором покрытие является электропроводным.
18. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.17, в котором покрытие использовано по качестве основы для, по меньшей мере, одного электроустройства.
19. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.1, в котором каждый из внутреннего и наружного слоев стекла имеют толщину в интервале от 1 до 4 мм.
20. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.1, в котором, по меньшей мере, один из внутреннего и наружного слоев стекла имеет толщину, по меньшей мере, 1,4 мм, и общая толщина многослойного листового стекла составляет менее 6,5 мм.
21. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.1, в котором листовое стекло является автомобильным листовым стеклом.
22. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.21, в котором автомобильное листовое стекло является листовым стеклом окна верхнего света или бокового окна.
23. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.1, в котором каждый из внутреннего и наружного слоев стекла имеет толщину в интервале от 1,6 до 19 мм.
24. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.23, в котором листовое стекло является архитектурным листовым стеклом.
25. Многослойное листовое стекло по п.1, в котором промежуточный слой имеет толщину менее 1 мм.
