Средство для наружного применения для лечения или профилактики гнойно-некротических заболеваний конечностей животных, содержащее соль меди, четвертичное соединение аммония и воду, отличающееся тем, что представляет собой наноструктурированную композицию в форме суспензии со средним размером частиц, составляющим от 10 до 100 нм, включающую в качестве четвертичного соединения аммония клатрат дидецилдиметиламмоний галагенида с карбамидом, в качестве соли меди - медный купорос, а также дополнительно деготь и фармацевтически приемлемый одноатомный спирт при следующем содержании компонентов, мас.%: ! клатрат дидецилдиметиламмоний галагенида с карбамидом2-10медный купорос1-10деготь2-10одноатомный спирт2-10водаостальное ! 2. Средство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что содержит в качестве клатрата дидецилдиметиламмоний галагенида с карбамидом клатрат дидецилдиметиламмоний бромида с карбамидом. ! 3. Средство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что содержит в качестве одноатомного спирта изопропиловый спирт. ! 4. Способ лечения гнойно-некротических заболеваний конечностей животных, отличающийся тем, что пораженные участки животных обрабатывают эффективным количеством средства по любому из пп.1-3, 1 раз в сутки в течение 7-10 суток путем наружных аппликаций и/или ванн. ! 5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что указанным заболеванием является некробактериоз.1.
