Abstract
1. Катодный узел вакуумной электронно-плазменной печи, состоящий из катодо-держателя, полого цилиндрического катода, имеющего канал для подачи плазмообразующего газа и механизм крепления катода к катододержателю, и установленной внутри катода водоохлаждаемой трубки для подачи порошка исходного материала в столб плазмы, отличающийся тем, что катодный узел снабжен перемещающимся электромагнитным экраном, охватывающим катод и имеющим самостоятельный источник электропитания, и по меньшей мере одним термоподогревателем рабочей поверхности катода, расположенным осесимметрично катоду и имеющим самостоятельный источник электропитания. ! 2.
