Abstract
Способ получения композиционного материала, например, алюминиево-медного, включающий пакетирование чередующихся слоев металла-основы и армирующего металла, сварку слоев взрывом, прокатку, формообразование и термическую обработку материала, отличающийся тем, что слои армирующего металла формируют в виде фрагментов полос или проволоки, располагаемых в направлении усилий, воздействующих на изделие; при этом на поверхности фрагментов армирующего металла перед закладкой выполняют насечку, а количество фрагментов определяют исходя из соотношения площадей слоев металла-основы и армирующего металла, равному 1/(0,5…0,7).A method of obtaining a composite material, for example, aluminum-copper, including packaging alternating layers of base metal and reinforcing metal, welding layers by explosion, rolling, shaping and heat treatment of the material, characterized in that the layers of the reinforcing metal are formed in the form of fragments of strips or wires arranged in the direction of the forces acting on the product; at the same time, a notch is made on the surface of fragments of the reinforcing metal before laying, and the number of fragments is determined based on the ratio of the areas of the layers of the base metal and the reinforcing metal equal to 1 / (0.5 ... 0.7).
