Abstract
1. Сырьевая смесь для получения пористого, огнеупорного, теплоизоляционного материала, включающая минеральный наполнитель, алюминий в качестве вспучивателя и связующее, отличающаяся тем, что она дополнительно содержит наномодификатор, в качестве связующего, содержит, по крайней мере, один полиметаллофосфат из группы, включающей: алюмоборфосфат, магнийборфосфат, алюмомагнийфосфат, алюмохромфосфат в жидком агрегатном состоянии с содержанием P2O5 не менее 36%, при массовом отношении минерального наполнителя к связующему 1,25-1,54 и содержании компонентов при следующем соотношении, мас.%: ! Алюминий0,6-5,0Наномодификатор0,01-0,1Минеральный наполнительостальное ! 2. Смесь по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве алюминия используют смесь из высокодисперсного порошка и ультрадисперсной добавки с нанокристаллической структурой при массовом отношении смеси алюминия к связующему 0,009-0,067, а в качестве наномодификатора тугоплавкие оксиды кремния, алюминия, частично стабилизированного диоксида циркония, или бинарные или тройные оксидные системы из ряда СаО, Аl2O3, SiO2, MgO. ! 3. Смесь по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве минерального наполнителя она содержит природные минеральные вещества, из ряда, включающего кварцевый песок, глинозем, корунд, перлит, вермикулит; строительные материалы из ряда, включающего высокоглиноземистый цемент, шамотный порошок, гипс, известь; промышленные и строительные отходы из ряда, включающего золу уноса, шлаки, бой огнеупорных материалов и смеси указанных веществ. 1.
