Abstract
1. Устройство для извлечения золота из органического золотосодержащего сырья, включающее печь для сжигания угля и получения дымовых газов, емкость с жидкостью для промывки газов с поглощением золота, колонку с сорбентом, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит циклон и фильтр для очистки газов, водяной холодильник, компрессор и ресивер для сжатия очищенных и охлажденных дымовых газов, кран и предохранительный клапан, расположенный после ресивера и обеспечивающий давление в ресивере 6 атм., две емкости для сбора поглотительного промывного раствора и слива обеззолоченного раствора, а в качестве емкости с жидкостью используется ресивер-реактор с эжекторной форсункой в нижней части, патрубком с краном и предохранительным клапаном, обеспечивающим давление в 4 атм в ресивере-реакторе, и расположенном в верхней части ресивера-реактора, причем все входящие в устройство агрегаты соединены между собой в систему при помощи труб. ! 2. Способ извлечения золота из органического золотосодержащего сырья, включающий сжигание сырья, улавливание возгонов при помощи пропускания газов через емкость с жидкостью а затем жидкости через сорбент, отличающийся тем, что после сжигания дымовые газы очищают, охлаждают, сжимают до 6 атм и подают через эжекторную форсунку в ресивер-реактор, а улавливание золота происходит путем поддержания в реакторе давления 4 атм и распыления жидкости в виде кислого промывного поглотительного раствора, содержащегося в ресивере-реакторе.1.
