Abstract
1. Способ получения полисахаридных материалов путем растворения очищенного полисахарида в диметилацетамиде, содержащем хлорид лития, перемешивания, фильтрации, дегазации и выдержки полученного прядильного раствора с последующем экструдированием в осадительную ванну, затем обработки полученного изделия в пластификационной и промывной ваннах и сушки, отличающийся тем, что в 2,4-4,0 мас.% раствор полисахарида в диметилацетамиде, содержащем 4,56-10,00 мас.% хлорида лития, добавляют поли-N-винилпирролидон (ПВП); смесь интенсивно перемешивают, выдерживают, фильтруют, дегазируют и получают прядильный раствор; добавляемое количество ПВП составляет 1,0-5,0 мас.% по отношению к массе растворенного полисахарида, молекулярная масса (ММ) ПВП равна 8-35 кДа; полученный модифицированный прядильный раствор при комнатной температуре экструдируют в спиртовую осадительную ванну; в качестве осадительной ванны используют водорастворимые алифатические C2 и С3 спирты. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в растворе полисахарида растворяют металлополимерный комплекс - высокодисперсное металлическое серебро, стабилизированное ПВП, в таком количестве, что содержание высокодисперсного серебра по отношению к растворенному полисахариду в конечном прядильном растворе составляет от 0,07 до 0,87 мас.%; при этом массовое соотношение полисахарид : ПВП-Аg составляет 99,0÷88,0:1,0÷12,0 мас.%. ! 3. Способ по пп.1 и 2, состоящий в том, что в качестве очищенного полисахарида берут хитин, выделенный из панцирей краба, креветки, криля, и целлюлозу, выделенную из различных содержащих целлюлозу материалов (бактериальную, древесную, целлюлозу льна, хлопка и т.д.).1. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the metal-polymer complex — highly dispersed metal silver stabilized by PVP — is dissolved in a polysaccharide solution in such an amount that the content of finely dispersed silver with respect to the dissolved polysaccharide in the final dope is from 0.07 to 0 , 87 wt.%; the mass ratio of polysaccharide: PVP-Ag is 99.0 ÷ 88.0: 1.0 ÷ 12.0 wt.%. ! 3. The method according to claims 1 and 2, consisting in the fact that as a purified polysaccharide take chitin isolated from the shell of crab, shrimp, krill, and cellulose isolated from various materials containing cellulose (bacterial, wood, cellulose of flax, cotton and etc.).
