Abstract
1. Кислый водный раствор фосфатирования, содержащий: ! от 0,2 до 3 г/л ионов двухвалентного цинка, ! от 3 до 50 г/л ионов фосфата, в расчете на РО3- 4, ! от 15 до 50 мг/л перекиси водорода или эквивалентное количество вещества, отщепляющего перекись водорода, ! от 0,3 до 1,5 г/л одной или нескольких алифатических хелатообразующих карбоновых кислот, содержащих от 2 до 7 атомов углерода, ! с содержанием в нем свободной кислоты максимально один пункт. ! 2. Раствор фосфатирования по п.1, отличающийся тем, что алифатическая хелатообразующая карбоновая кислота содержит, по меньшей мере, две карбоксильные группы, а также, по меньшей мере, одну гидроксильную группу, не являющуюся частью карбоксильной группы. ! 3. Раствор фосфатирования по п.2, отличающийся тем, что алифатическая хелатообразующая карбоновая кислота является выбранной из тартроновой кислоты, яблочной кислоты, винной кислоты и лимонной кислоты. ! 4. Раствор фосфатирования по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он содержит от 20 до 35 мг/л перекиси водорода или эквивалентное количество вещества, отщепляющего перекись водорода. ! 5. Раствор фосфатирования по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он содержит дополнительно один или несколько следующих катионов: ! от 0,1 до 4 г/л двухвалентного марганца, ! от 0,2 до 2,5 г/л двухвалентного магния, ! от 0,2 до 2,5 г/л двухвалентного кальция, ! от 0,002 до 0,2 г/л двухвалентной меди, ! от 0,1 до 2 г/л двухвалентного кобальта, ! от 0,1 до 2,5 г/л двухвалентного никеля. ! 6. Раствор фосфатирования по п.5, отличающийся тем, что он содержит от 0,1 до 4 г/л ионов марганца, от 0,002 до 0,2 г/л ионов меди и не более 0,05 г/л ионов никеля. ! 7. Раствор фосфатирования по п.5, отличающийся тем, что он содержит от 0,1 до 4 г/л 1. The phosphating solution according to claim 1, characterized in that it additionally contains one or more of the following cations:! from 0.1 to 4 g / l of divalent manganese,! from 0.2 to 2.5 g / l of bivalent magnesium,! from 0.2 to 2.5 g / l of bivalent calcium,! from 0.002 to 0.2 g / l of bivalent copper,! from 0.1 to 2 g / l of bivalent cobalt,! from 0.1 to 2.5 g / l of divalent nickel. ! 6.
